What This Is

FFXI Mob Search is an unofficial fan-made reference built for level 75-era Final Fantasy XI planning. The goal is fast practical lookup: mobs by level, zone, family, behavior, drops, spawn counts, spawn maps, and zone planning details.

The project focuses on the era around Treasures of Aht Urhgan and Wings of the Goddess, with optional HorizonXI-specific records kept separate behind an include toggle.

Data Approach

The database is assembled from archived mob data and supplemental public references. Individual mob and item pages include outgoing source links where useful, and some fields are marked indirectly by whether they have been imported or are still blank.

Because Final Fantasy XI has had many updates across eras, data should be treated as a useful planning reference rather than a perfect authority. Era-specific mismatches and missing values are expected while the dataset is being refined.
